Job Overview

The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for Coca‑Cola’s beverage portfolio in Malawi. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure seamless product availability across the market. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional calendars.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers, recommending adjustments to minimize stockouts and excess.
• Generate weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as fill rate, order lead time, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, working closely with procurement and logistics partners.
• Support the implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to provide insights on supply constraints and opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with demand planning software or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Education
