Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Aquaculture Specialist to join our team in Karonga, Malawi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable aquaculture practices in our operations, as well as providing technical support and training to our staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aquaculture, as well as experience in sustainable aquaculture practices and technologies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices in our operations
- Provide technical support and training to our staff
- Conduct research and development on new aquaculture technologies and practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our aquaculture operations are aligned with our company’s overall strategy
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for sustainable aquaculture practices
Required Skills
- Strong background in aquaculture

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or related field
