As a Retail Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing store performance across our Mzimba network. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, foot traffic, and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for store operations.
  • Collaborate with store managers to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate operational insights.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in data analytics or supply chain management are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations analysis, supply chain analytics, or a similar role within the consumer goods sector.

Salary

The salary range for this position is MWK 1,200,000 to MWK 1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
