Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead our security design initiatives in the region. This role is critical to our mission of protecting data integrity and ensuring compliance with international security standards. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex security architectures that safeguard our cloud and on-premise environments. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of threat landscapes and the ability to translate business requirements into secure technical designs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that security is integrated into every stage of the software development lifecycle and infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for cloud-based and hybrid environments.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security gaps.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead incident response planning and coordinate with the SOC team during security events.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements.
- Mentor junior security engineers and promote a culture of security awareness.
Required Skills
- Expertise in cloud security architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of network security, encryption standards, and identity management.
- Proficiency in security automation and orchestration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities regarding complex security threats.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
Education
A Master of Science in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant specialized experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in designing large-scale enterprise security solutions is essential. We are looking for professionals who have successfully navigated complex security landscapes in multinational environments.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 2,500,000 SSP to 4,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
