Job Overview
The Senior Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our sourcing strategies and managing vendor relationships to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods. This role is essential for maintaining our competitive edge in the lubricants market by securing high-quality components at the best possible value. You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating complex contracts and monitoring delivery performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet production demands and cost-reduction targets.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with local and international suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new suppliers and emerging trends in the chemical and automotive sectors.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as quality, lead time, and cost.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal company policies and international trade regulations.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing or chemical industry. Proven experience in managing international vendor relationships and navigating complex logistics is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
